Lac Xavier is a lake known for its crystal-clear water quality along with an undying commitment by its homeowners towards protecting the lake and the surrounding natural habitat. Home to over 120 full- and part-time residents, the lake measures an impressive 290 acres in size. Although not a very wide lake (slightly over 500 metres at its widest point), it offers four kilometres of continuous waterways from which to navigate. The lake’s maximum depth exceeds 46 metres (153 feet), making it a great fishing spot. Lac Xavier is perfectly positioned in close proximity to Mont-Tremblant but just far enough into the forest to appreciate the peace and quiet of nature.
