This large, crystal clear lake has something for everyone

Lac de la Montagne Noire is a large, open lake surrounded by the three municipalities of Lantier, Val-des-Lacs, and Saint-Donat. The lake measures an impressive two kilometres in width by over three kilometres in length. Lac de la Montagne Noire is known for its pristine, clean waters and exceptional fishing. Maximum water depth can reach up to 34 metres (111 feet). The lake is surrounded by numerous mountains which means you can be on the ski slopes in less than 20 minutes. Both La Réserve and Ski Garceau are in immediate proximity.
